Denver Water Heater Service Center provides residential water heater installation, repair, replacement, maintenance and related services in Edgewater and northwest Denver, Colorado, as described on this website. Information on this site is general guidance, not a quote or a guarantee that a particular service is right for your home.

Quotes and pricing

We give a fixed, written price on site after inspecting your specific setup, before any work begins. Work starts only after you approve that price. If we find additional problems once work is underway, we will explain them and get your approval before doing anything beyond what was agreed.

Scheduling and access

Appointment times are estimates. Please make sure an adult is present and that the water heater area is accessible when we arrive. Standard hours are Monday–Saturday 7:00–20:00 and Sunday 8:00–18:00; emergency no-hot-water and leak calls are answered by phone 24/7.

Permits

Many jurisdictions in the Denver metro require a permit for water heater replacement, particularly when venting or gas line work is involved. Where a permit is required for your job, we handle the permit process as described in your quote.

Warranties

Installations carry a workmanship warranty on our labor, and equipment is covered by the manufacturer's tank and parts warranty; where applicable we register the manufacturer warranty for you. The specific warranty terms for your job are stated on your invoice and paperwork at the final walkthrough.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Colorado law, our liability arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
